David holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.S. in Economics from Northwestern University. He is a certified management consultant (CMC) and serves on the advisory board of the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce.
His areas of specialization include financial analysis, growth strategy, and market intelligence. He has personally led over 120 client engagements and has generated over $45 million in new revenue for his clients.

Marcus holds an MS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a B.S. in Business Administration from Indiana University. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and a member of the Institute of Management Consultants USA.
His areas of specialization include operational efficiency audits, process optimization, and organizational development. He has personally led over 150 operational audits and has identified over $60 million in cost savings for his clients.
